Welcome to Banburyshire
An area steeped in rich history, tradition and with vibrant communities, all situated within beautiful, rolling countryside close to the Cotswolds and under an hour from Oxford and London.
Banburyshire overlaps four counties; Oxfordshire, Warwickshire, Gloucestershire and Northamptonshire, in the heart of rural England. An excellent geographical base from which to explore some the UK’s finest cities, attractions, shops and country houses
Discover thriving market towns, areas of outstanding natural beauty and a more rural way of life. In amongst the rolling hills and forward thinking communities, there’s many a hidden gem waiting to be discovered.
At this important time for the people and businesses of Banburyshire, we stand by you. We encourage the practice of social distancing and limiting travel to essential trips only until we can get through this. In the coming days, weeks and months we will provide beneficial information for the community at large, as and when we have it.
In the meantime our online Banburyshire Shop will not be taking orders, but you can still order our book The Hidden Sun – An Illustrated Hunt for Real Gold through Amazon.
Stay safe and thank you,
