Farm Shops & Self-Picks

There are farm shops dotted all over the Banburyshire area, where you can buy the freshest products directly from the farms. This helps benefit the whole area as your money will be circulated within the local economy rather than going into the larger supermarket’s pockets. Always remember to ‘keep it local’ where you can.

Some farms also have ‘pick your own’ allotments where you can pick your own produce from the farm’s grounds. Strawberry, raspberry and pumpkin picking can be a great way for anyone including children to learn about ecology and farming processes.
