Bodicote
An atmospheric village at the edge of Banbury, with a large sports field, winding roads and paths that extend out into gorgeous countryside.

Wroxton
An old ironstone village with lots of history (and ducks). Visiting the grounds of Wroxton Abbey, a former Augustinian priory is a must.

Bloxham
A popular maze of a village with the magnificent St.Mary’s Church at it’s heart. It has excellent pubs, schools and a strong communal spirit.

Middleton Cheney
Originally built on an ancient site, ‘Middleton’ now has many services and amenities married to a strong independent community.

Chacombe
A very prosperous area in medieval times, it still retains it’s sense of history through the village and surrounding countryside.

Adderbury
Adderbury is a lovely, winding village well known for Morris Dancing and it’s elegant houses. Why not take a walk through Adderbury Lakes.

Famous for it’s canal marina, historic Civil War battle and now the Cropredy Festival which used to be called Fairport Convention.

Shutford

Aynho
Known as ‘The Apricot Village’, Aynho is a small village which overlooks North Oxfordshire. It has a canal wharf popular with narrowboaters.
